The town of Vigoleno is situated in the "Parco Regionale dello Stirone", and is brushed passed by the road of the "Via Francigena".You can find the city of arts of Parma, Piacenza and Cremona in the vicinity. Also Vernasca which preserves the remains of an ancient roman church dedicated to St.Colombano and Morfasso, is a tourist attraction in the mountains.

A few kilometres away you can find the medieval town of "Castell'Arquato"; the archeological digs of "Velleia Romana"; "Vigolo Marchese" with its beautiful roman parish church and the circular "Battistero" of 1008; the Spas of Salsomaggiore, Fidenza with its Cathedral of XII centuary, Soragna with its XV Centuary fortress, Fontanellato with "Sanvitale" castle and the "affreschi" of Parmigianino, "Chiravalle della Colomba", ancient Cistercian abbey with the superb gothic cloister of XIII centuary.

And in addition, exists Verdi's land at Roncole in the suggestive native house of the great composer Giuseppe Verdi, Busseto with her fortress, Theatre and Civil Museum in the "Villa Pallavicino", Sant'Agata which is well preserved, and at the centre of a majestic park is the "Villa del Maestro".
